This “add-on” chute is designed to be connected to another Priefert Bucking chute to create a set or run of bucking chutes for when you need multiple chutes in a row. *

From the PBR to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Priefert Bucking Chutes are chosen by industry leaders time and time again for their ruggedness, reliability, and innovative features. Designed with the cowboy, the livestock, and the chute operators in mind, Priefert’s Bucking Chute design is unmatched in safety and dependability. Priefert even offers optional crash pads, specifically designed to fit our bucking chutes, to further increase the safety of the rough stock riders. Constructed from 8 and 11 gauge steel components, this chute is an average of 300 – 500 pounds heavier than most competitor chutes, ensuring that this sturdy chute provides years of consistent use.

Like our standard Bucking Chutes, Add-On Bucking Chutes are available in left or right delivery style. Each Add-On Chute features a single, Rumber®-filled roll gate. The open end of the chute must be attached to the roll gate of a corresponding (left/right delivery) chute to create a series of connected chutes. Each Add-On Chute comes standard with an attached folding platform. An Architectural Grade Powder Coat Finish helps the product resist rust, scratches, and fading to add years of life to your investment. Priefert Bucking Chutes… The Buck Starts Here.

Features

From the PBR to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Priefert Bucking Chutes are chosen by industry leaders time and time again for their ruggedness, reliability, and innovative features.
Designed with the cowboy, the livestock, and the chute operators in mind, Priefert’s Bucking Chute design is unmatched in safety and dependability.
Constructed from 8 and 11 gauge steel components, this chute is an average of 300 – 500 pounds heavier than most competitor chutes, ensuring that this sturdy chute provides years of consistent use.
Priefert Bucking Chutes are available in left or right delivery configurations. The delivery direction is determined by the side of the animal that faces the arena when the animal is loaded in the chute with its head at the hinged end of the release gate. For example, when a bull is loaded with his head at the hinged end of the release gate, if his right side is facing the arena, he is in a “Right Delivery” Chute. (BCLR = Left Delivery Chute, BCRR = Right Delivery Chute)
Bucking Chute roll gates are sheeted with Rumber®, an extremely tough and durable UV resistant material that will not rot, crack, or splinter.
The guides for the roll gates are located at the bottom of each chute to provide safe, non-obtrusive operation.
Each roll gate track features a dirt “kick out” outlet to keep the track free of debris that could inhibit gate function.
Roll gates feature ball bearing rollers and automatic gravity locks to ensure optimal gate function and safety.
The front release gate is equipment with a spring-loaded lever latch that locks when open, eliminating any threatening snags that could possibly hip an animal.
The front release gate latches are shielded from the inside of the chute for added safety.
Urethane-lined hinges allow the front release gate to open effortlessly and stand up to extended use with less wear.
Priefert’s unique metal roller latch design allows the release gate to open smoothly, even under intense pressure.
Tie-Down Bars are welded into each Bucking Chute release gate to provide secure, easy-to-access tie-down points when needed.
The front release gate and back of the chute features 2” x 6” oval side rails that minimize leg pressure and possible horn catch areas.
Priefert Bucking Chutes feature sturdy pin connectors to provide secure connections to other components. These pins will fit most major competitor’s panels.
The pitch of the front release gate can easily be leveled using a simple adjustment bolt, allowing you to compensate for uneven ground.
Each Bucking Chute comes standard with an attached folding platform. This platform folds down to provide a safe and sturdy access platform along the back of the chute. This platform folds up against the back of the chute when not in use to make for easier transport of the chute.
Sign Channels are standard on the front of each chute and make it easy to attach sponsor signs to the bottom front panel of the release gate.
An Architectural Grade Powder Coat Finish helps the product resist rust, scratches, and fading to add years of life to your investment.
Optional crash pads for the roll gate hoods are available (sold separately). These pads increase chute safety by helping prevent some of the most common and unnecessary injuries in the sport of rodeo.
Optional stairs and handrails are available (sold separately) to provide easy access to the Bucking Chute Platform from the ground.
Add-On Chutes are available (sold separately) to create a run of connected Bucking Chutes.
