Priefert Adjust-a-Bull Bucking Chute

Description

The Adjust-a-Bull back panel can be quickly and easily adjusted to one of four width settings – 22”, 24.5”, 28.5”, or 33”. By pulling the adjustment handles on each end of the back panel to the open or “adjust” position, users can move the back panel in or out. Once the panel is set to the desired width, simply return the handles to the locked position to secure the width setting.
Springs, located on each end of the back panel, assist in the movement of the back panel, making it quicker and easier to adjust.
The interior gate can be shut behind smaller bulls to shorten the chute space. This gate latches on the Bucking Chute front gate and automatically releases when the chute gate is opened. The width of the interior gate can be adjusted to ensure that it latches properly on the 3 narrowest width settings.
The lever located on top of the interior gate allows a chute operator to manually release the interior gate without opening the bucking chute front gate.
The interior gate can be removed by simply pulling a pin and then lifting the gate up and out of the chute. We recommend removing this gate when bucking mature bulls that require the widest width setting.

A Roll Gate Attachment automatically adjusts the roll gate along with the back panel, to ensure that the Roll Gate only opens to the width of the chute.
The floating platform extension is designed to “float” in and out to extend the back platform area as the back panel is adjusted to each width setting.
The Adjust-a-Bull Back Panel may be purchased individually, to replace the back panel on your existing Priefert Bucking Chute, or as part of a complete new bucking chute.
Adjust-a-Bull Add-On Chutes are also available to create sets of 2, 3, and 4 chutes. Each Add-On Chute features an open end that is designed to pin to a corresponding Bucking Chute to create a set/series of chutes that share roll gates.
The delivery direction of a chute is determined by the side of the animal that faces the arena when the animal is loaded in the chute with its head at the hinged end of the release gate. For example, when a bull is loaded with his head at the hinged end of the release gate, if his right side is facing the arena, he is in a “Right Delivery” Chute.
